Our goal is simple: To provide high-quality service and workmanship, and to do so in a professional, reliable manner. Boring perhaps, but true.

How we do it

We attract and retain good people who care about their work. We invest in the best equipment. And we operate in a fun, but highly structured environment. Tough jobs and tight deadlines are routine, but the trick is in planning and preparation. We can produce at a moment’s notice, but we prefer to be proactive in our approach. We guide our customers through the process and the sometimes difficult decisions to arrive at a solution that works for everyone. We combine know-how with a structured process, and we have the poise to accomplish even the toughest jobs as a matter of routine. In fact, nothing pleases us more than to have customers over to our house for a look around. It’s plainly evident when they walk through the door that we run a tight, reliable operation.

Bill Sheerin – COO

Bill likes to laugh and have fun. He works to increase company profitability through effective financial analysis, improvements to process/operations, strategic planning, and development of an effective sales team. Bill strongly holds that contributing team members are instrumental to our success. Bill spends most of his time with his wife Sue, two sons, Will and Jake, and dog Feeney. He enjoys participating in Crossfit and watching low budget horror films, like Sharknado and Hostel.


Stephanie King – Accounting, Ops

Stephanie provides administrative support for Goodbye Blue Monday. She is a native Coloradan and has worked in the accounting field for 15 years. Along the way she’s had various jobs including those in publishing, real estate and banking. She’s happily found a home with Goodbye Blue Monday these past two years. She enjoys traveling, hiking and gardening.


Sean McDonald – Art Director

Born at a very young age and raised from the mitten state (Michigan), Sean spends his spare time traveling with his wife and their little daughter. He finds inspiration in some of the strangest places. Sean is a fan of craft beer, chocolate milk, diluting whiskey with whiskey, spicy foods, cast iron cookware, jerky made from strange animals, measuring things with calipers, Wu Tang, pie, pi, π, running, weight lifting, stringed instruments, vacuum tubes, dive bars, pizza, corgis named Ein, matzo ball soup, drawing, creating, designing, the satisfaction of writing with ultra fine sharpie markers, extreme sports, tattoos. Sean surrounds himself with extremely driven people and believes drive is contagious.


Lisa Fleck – Account/Production Director

The first thing you should know is that I cry at the Christmas Folger’s Coffee commercials. I will read the last page of a book before I start it to be sure it ends happily because life is stressful enough so I like to have a sure thing. I have two teenagers so I experience periods of brain fog because with all of their overwhelming drama. I love the beach, warm chocolate chip cookies with a glass of milk and the time I get to spend with those I love.


Jordan Mitchell – Account Manager

I am a dynamic figure, often seen scaling walls and crushing ice. I have been known to remodel train stations on my lunch breaks, making them more efficient in the area of heat retention. I am an expert in stucco, a veteran in love, and an outlaw in Peru. Using only a hoe and a large glass of water, I once single-handedly defended a small village in the Amazon Basin from a horde of ferocious army ants. I breed prizewinning clams. I have won bullfights in San Juan, cliff-diving competitions in Sri Lanka, and spelling bees at the Kremlin.


Alison Banik – Account Manager

I love living the Colorado dream and spend most of my free time playing in the mountains skiing, biking and hiking. I enjoy spending time with my husband, son and daughter as well as our dog with the big personality. I also enjoy traveling whenever I can squeeze it in. My background is in design and sales and I am grateful that I have a career that allows me to combine the two. I’m super excited to be back at GBM after time away in related fields.


Martha Coerver – Sales Administrator

As the Sales Admin, Martha does more than bust out invoices. With more than 8 years sales and marketing experience she is a bona fide scheduler, strategist, interviewer and Spanish translator. No matter what hat she is wearing, she in striving to empower the team to provide exceptional service. Martha is married to Todd, they have 3 children and the second best dog in the whole wide world.
